This fun, play based week is filled with movement, games, and other “chill skills” you can use to help yourself when you are feeling frustrated or anxious. We will learn how to relax, refocus, and be happier through the use of our breath! Through the practice of mindfulness and yoga you can learn how your thoughts and action affect your brain. This week is rooted in brain science and is designed to increase children’s capacity for attention, empathy, impulse control, emotional regulation, and resiliency. New games added for this year!
