We will spend the day learning about mindfulness and how we can apply it to our lives. Students will learn mindfulness practices, participate in discussions, and implement a plan of action for themselves and their schools.
This session will take you through personal mindfulness meditation practices to enhance your awareness of emotions, behaviors, and thoughts.
