Mindfulness Meditation for Adults

Join us Monday night July 31st, and for the rest of the summer for Adult Meditation classes at metamorFIT Health & Fitness Studio and also check out their other great classes.

Have you tried to meditate, but can’t find time to stick with it? Are you stressed out and tired of the the distracted lifestyle? Maybe you think you cannot meditate. When the mind is calm, clear, and focused, you experience a deeper understanding of who you are and a new perspective of the world around you. 
 
 
Guided by a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, you will explore several meditation techniques including sitting meditation, walking meditation, loving-kindness, and many others. In this experiential class you will discover the benefits that can be cultivated by a regular meditation practice for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
 
 
Isn’t it time to take an evening to focus on you? Your body and mind will thank you. 
 
**This meditation class is taught with a secular perspective and will not interfere with any religious beliefs.
